Coach Stoness brings over 30 years experience as a volleyball athlete and 20 years experience in coaching and building the sport of volleyball in the Kingston Area. "My coaching philosophy is rooted in development and growth – creating positive experiences, fostering strong relationships, and prioritizing holistic athlete development. I emphasize a “team over me” mentality and encourage athletes to adopt a growth mindset. Matthew has been playing competitive volleyball for more than 35 years. His coaching experience ranges from U14 through OCAA levels. He appreciates the opportunity to give back to the volleyball community, in recognition of all the teammates, coaches and mentors that have shaped his athletic endeavours.

With over five years of experience as a Head and Assistant Coach. Co-owner and operator of Ryatt Volleyball. I am focused on giving back to the younger generation and inspiring aspiring volleyball athletes.

I coach with a focus on individual growth, skill development, and a love for the game. As a varsity athlete at St. Lawrence College, I bring competitive energy and experience that helps each athlete reach their full potential. volleyball athletes.

With over 25 years of playing experience, I bring a deep passion for volleyball to my current role as an assistant coach at St. Lawrence College. I have coached at both the highschool and club levels, helping athletes develop strong fundamentals and confidence on and off the court. My love for volleyball motivates me to help young athletes develop, improve and reach new heights in the sport.
Meghan has a background in competitive volleyball and experience coaching at the school level. She believes in building strong fundamentals, confidence, and a positive environment where athletes can grow in skill and develop a lifelong love of the game.

As a player, Josh played 4 years of OCAA volleyball before playing professionally in France. As a coach, Josh has worked with athletes of all skill levels and ages, including coaching at the college level. His philosophy is to help inspire athletes, and to help them bring out their potential.

With 26 years of competitive volleyball experience, I’ve grown up in the game I adore. I’ve been taught and mentored by Olympic-level coaches, NCAA Division 1 coaches, and have played beside professional players.
For the past 16 years, I’ve dedicated myself to coaching youth volleyball and developing young athletes.
My goal is to inspire, teach, and elevate every player I work with.
